• Platform Integrity & Security: Preventing fraud, verifying promotional coupon limits, and defending our infrastructure against unauthorized intrusion.

We understand that inviting a service professional into your private home requires uncompromised trust. Beauty Nest has engineered strict operational privacy safeguards:

When you save addresses (e.g. Home, Office, Parents) in your Customer Profile, they are encrypted and stored in our database for convenience during checkout.

• You Maintain Control: You can edit, modify landmarks, or delete any saved address at any time from your account dashboard.
• GPS Coordinates: When you allow location access in your browser or app, we use it solely to auto-fill the closest service locality and verify if our specialists operate in your sector.
• No Continuous Background Tracking: Beauty Nest does not track your location in the background when the platform is closed.

Your financial transactions are handled with the highest level of encryption:

• Authorized Payment Gateways: Online transactions are handled directly through RBI-licensed, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Razorpay / PayU / Cashfree).
• Zero Card Storage: Beauty Nest does not collect, process, or store raw 16-digit debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, or card PINs on our servers.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For cash or post-service UPI payments, the specialist marks payment completion digitally, triggering an immediate electronic receipt for your records.
